RISE UP ALL SUMMER LONG

This is the Summer of Resistance to stop arming Israel, stop Cop City, and free Palestine. As Black organizers in Atlanta mobilize for a Summer of Resistance in the movement to stop Cop City, so we also rise for our collective liberation from Turtle Island to Palestine. We refuse to fund violent systems that harm our communities, from the $90-million policing project Cop City used to surveil communities of color in Atlanta, to the billions in U.S. military funding to Israel used to massacre Palestinian families in Gaza right now.

The U.S. holds the greatest leverage over the Israeli military in the world as its primary funder. As long as the U.S. keeps supplying the bombs and the bullets, Israel knows it has a free pass to wipe out Palestinian families with impunity. We’ve witnessed Israel’s slaughter of the Palestinian people, and politicians’ lies to cover it up. There is no turning back to the status quo. The masses will fight back to end this genocide.

Rise up in the streets all summer long. Demand that our government stop arming Israel and stop every Cop City. And don’t stop there. Keep fighting for a liberated future in which we force our government to fund care not killing—healthcare not warfare, homes not drones, books not bombs, climate not cops. Keep fighting to end all U.S. military funding to Israel, once and for all. Keep fighting until we’re all free.
